Hey, y’all Rob Cairns, here again. As you guys know, taking charge your own life is something I’m really, really big on. So today, I want to talk about the personal development topic and give you some tips on how to become the CEO of your own life. What do I mean by that you might ask CEOs who are in charge of the organization in the business world? Are you in charge your own life? If you are not, you should be. But let me explain and talk a little bit about this topic. We all have people in our business and personal lives that complain and complain. It might not complain. But they also say Why can I not just get that? The reality is they don’t want to get they might be consciously or subconsciously sabotaging themselves. They have fallen for many common myths such as, I’m not good enough. My friends do not think I’m good enough. My family thinks I’m not good enough. I’m not smart. And so on, and so forth. Forget telling yourself all these months, just please stop. Put together a plan and take charge your own life. Do it and do it now. And frankly, once you do it, you’ll be much better off for it. Let me give you an example. Stage oh no relationship for a long time I had no business staying. I was not happy. I was not doing I was doing it all. I want to relationship impact my health and frankly, I felt guilty. The reality is I allowed this toxic relationship in past to consuming I never should have. Today I’m happily married to an amazing lady Jill McLean, Karen’s who feel happy, loved and cared about. I do not fight every day. Nor do I feel like I am part of a team not just trying to do anything. And everything on my own. See the difference? Now, how do you become the CEO your own life. The first is to start by taking responsibility for your actions, how you feel and why you feel. And frankly, stop making excuses. I’ve heard it all. And I’ve done it myself. I make no bones about other things you can do and could the fine. Clean your life for toxic people. Recently, I’ve eliminated a business person and a personal person out of my life again, because they were toxic. In the last year, I even eliminated somebody who was in my life for over 30 years, but was toxic, I tolerated. don’t tolerate it, get rid of it house clean, help people with life. You’ll get it back tenfold The more people you help get what they want, will guarantee you get what you want. have business and personal goals, short term and long term lines. This will help you get where you need to be. And not only have these goals, revisit them every so often. Keep them in a journal, go back and look at them. And if you’re not meeting them, adjust them so you can get that reevaluate where you are every month and adjust as needed. We just talked about take care of your mental health as much as your physical health. We really got to talk about this folks. The mental health segment Oh, I can’t go seek mental health help because it’s bad because people look down on me. I’ve done it more than once in my life. And I’m a big believer in mental health. And I also listen to things I listen to things like Tony Robbins, for me, that helps it might not work for you. But find some people out there that you could share similar things with and listen to what they teach. It helps a lot. show love and respect to the people around you. And this is really big. And don’t forget to tell the people around you, especially your partner, that you love them every day and make a point.

Don’t work all the time work for a purpose. Folks, even with COVID going on please please please don’t work 20 hours a day. It’s not Not good for you. And if it’s not achieving what you need, that’s not helping either don’t work for the sake of work with goals and a purpose in mind. Say thank you, to people when you need to, you know, this past week, I had two dear friends of mine, send me cards in the mail. And the first thing I did was reach out to both one. So thank you how much I appreciate them, and how much you care about you guys. That’s just an example. Remember, a lot of life is mindset and how you feel the brain is the most powerful Oregon. Really think about that the brain and what the brain feels matters. Surround yourself with people who elevate you. This are really mean and that doesn’t mean just elevate, you put you on a pedestal. That means support your goals, support your dreams, not afraid to put you back on track, those type of people matter. So surround yourself by those type of people. And frankly, they’re the best types of people to be around you. The other thing I would add, as a bonus, surround yourself by people who are smarter than you in what ever parts of life you want to be. And because that was to help you get to the same places. Start with these ideas, those to help you take control of your life, on your way to becoming the CEO. And frankly, you’ll be glad you did. The more you’re in control, the better you are.
