Hey, Rob Cairns, here, again, I thought today we talk about something really important. That’s what happens when life gets in the way of your business, your personal life and everything else. And disruptions unfortunately happened. In the last couple of years, we’ve had two deaths in the family, my wife’s mother, and her stepbrother, who has actually murdered, we’ve had COVID, my wife lost a part time job at the start a COVID. We’ve had her daughter move in with us. And in it all, my marriage has basically ended itself. And that happened sometime last week. And with all this adversity, people would say How are you doing? Well, I’m actually doing pretty good. I’m a pretty realistic person in life. And that helps a long, long way. I’ve taken time for myself, which is really important self care at times like this matters. And it matters more than ever. I still go for a walk every night. I’m hanging out up my mom’s just trying to settle down a little bit. And I’m still working. And I’m actually using the time right now to build a couple things. One, I’ve been working on a time management course. So hoping to have ready for the end of October. But depending on how that goes, it might go sooner, to a more condensed who COVID videos, got one coming out tomorrow on google classroom and how Google Classroom can be used and hacked as a customer service portal. So I’m working on that. And I’m working on some cool business ideas, updating my CRM and sort of devoting my time not when I’m typically not much of a soaker, when it comes to stuff, I tend to be very real realistic, and I move on. I know what needs to do. There’s cleanup that needs to be done with the marriage from a physical stuff and some legal stuff. But that will come over time. And then I’m lucky, I’ve got some really good friends. And I’ve got a really good support system around me, dizziness and otherwise. So that is so much the key. And how do you handle it? Well, the first thing is self care. And I’ve already talked about that is really important. So make sure you in adversity, you take care of yourself. The second thing is make sure you get sleep as part of this is self care. I’ve actually slept the best I’ve slept the last couple of nights in probably the last six months. So that really helps. And the third thing is find something you like to do just to keep doing it and, and don’t rush into any other things. So, you know, with all that’s gone on, I really think it’s a good idea that I don’t rush into stuff. And I just keep doing what I’ve got to get done. And that is really, really important. As I say, in my case, I’m not much of a TV watcher, so I’m not going to waste my time in front of the TV. I’d rather frankly spend my time learning and take some downtime and go for some long walks and things like that. So just some ideas when uncertainty hits. And I’ve been through a lot of it in the last probably year and a half what you should do and how you should handle it.
