Show Notes
Hey everybody, Rob here again.
In today’s podcast, I wanted to talk about a couple things that came out as a post status meet up, or our regular networking group on Wednesdays on Slack.
The first was something I really talked about and my word of the day was open mindedness.
And the state of the world and their mental health situations with a lot of people is not very good.
So what I would suggest is have those open minded discussions with your friend in your family.
And I don’t mean frankly a discussion to show that you’re right or that you’re a bully, or that your viewpoints.
The only viewpoint that this matter, but have those discussions with.
And what I mean by that is listen to the other person, listen to their what they’re saying, try and understand their point of view.
Don’t shove your point of view down them.
Have a constructive.
Healthy discussion this is good for mental health.
The other thing I was sharing today in the post status group.
When I really wanted to share was a book that I think a lot of people should read.
And that’s why Doctor John Delaney called own your past.
Change your future.
Doctor John is a Doctor Who has a podcast called the John Delaney Show and he’s one of my favorite places to go to to listen to positive ways of dealing with relationships.
And many other things, and frankly, he’s really good for my mental health. So if you want a good book to help you out with that mental health, pick up his book. It’s available on Amazon and go and listen to John’s podcast because I truly believe that.
That will help you succeed.
And change the future in the way you live.
As always, Rob Cairns, CEO, Founder and Chief Creator of Amazing Ideas at Stunning Digital Marketing.
Have a great day.
Bye for now.
