Booking System Reliability: While we strive for accuracy, please note that Stunning Digital Marketing is not responsible for bookings not recorded by the system.
Booking Guidelines:
To ensure fairness, please book only one appointment at a time.
Avoid constant no-shows, as this disrupts scheduling.
Do not use multiple email addresses to circumvent booking limits.
Abuse Policy: Abuse of the booking system, including frequent no-shows or multiple bookings, will result in a $100 CAD penalty per offense. Further bookings and communication will be suspended until penalties are paid.
Booking Hours: Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. For bookings outside these hours, please email hello@stunningdigitalmarketing.com. Premium rates may apply.
Online Meetings: Unless otherwise specified, all consultations are conducted via Google Meet.
24-Hour Notice: Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For urgent requests within 24 hours, email hello@stunningdigitalmarketing.com. Premium rates will apply.
