Booking Policy

Robert Cairns and Stunning Digital Marketing allow booking directly into the schedule of Robert Cairns.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for bookings that the booking system does not record. Sometimes technology does fail us.
Please do not abuse the booking system. Abuse includes the following:
- Constant bookings and no-shows.
- Booking a large number of multiple appointments at once. Please only book one appointment at a time.
- Using multiple emails to do bookings.
Constant abuse of the booking system will result in charges of $ 100 CAD per offense. No further booking or client communication will be allowed until all penalty charges are paid.
Bookings are only accepted between 9 am and 5 pm Est Monday to Friday. For other times please contact hello@stunningdigitalmarketing.com . Premium charges may apply for meetings scheduled outside of core business hours.
When booking, please take note if the call is an online meeting. Unless otherwise noted, all calls will take place on Google Meet.
Also, note that you can only book 24 hours from your desired time. Books will not be allowed with less than 24 hours’ notice. If a meeting is required within 24 hours, please contact hello@stunningdigitalmarketing.com . Premium charges will apply.
