We use several tools to grow and manage our Business. Several of these are low cost and even free. We thought we should share some of these tools with you so you can benefit as well.

1. Office 365

At StunningDigitalMarketing.com we use Microsoft Office 365. 5 licenses yearly for $99.00 is a great deal. Toss in a 1TB One Drive Account and this alone makes it well worthwhile. We store all our files for our business on OneDrive which allows them to be accessed on multiple devices.

2. Skype

Skype has been owned by Microsoft for some time now. It is a great package for doing video chat. You can even do screen shares using this product. The basic features are free for computer to computer chat. Once you want to use your computer to call landline or cell phones there are reasonable costs that are charged.

3. Zoom

Zoom is our package for video conferencing of choice, You can record calls and chat one on one for free. Plans for more than one on one start at $19.99 a month which is very reasonable. The quality of Zoom is very good.

4. Gsuite

Gsuite is the suite we use to manage our email. We use Google to manage our corporate email as they have the best spam filters on the internet in our opinion.

Gsuite has a great calendar, note package(Keep) and task manager. These are some of the best tools on the internet and ones we could not live without. Our CEO; Rob Cairns; lives in Google Calendar and the Google Task Manager to manage his day.

For one email account, Gsuite runs for $10.00 CAD per month.

5. Hubspot CRM

At SunningDigitalMarketing we use the Hubspot CRM for one reason only. We use it to allow our clients and potential clients to book dircectly into our calendar. This service is 100% free and works really well.

Once a contact books a meeting with you, you are sent an email with the date/time of the meeting. The service will also add the meeting directly into your Google calendar. This makes it easy for you to track your appointments.
