As a result at StunningDigitalMarketing we use many productivity tools to help make our time and our client’s time much more productive. We thought in this blog post we would share some of those tools and what we use them for.
Our agency works in a cloud based environment so many of these tools are cloud based.
Gsuite is one of the best deals on the Internet. For $10.00 a month per email account. Google will host your email with your own domain – for example firstname.lastname@example.org . Not only do they host your email you get access to all Google services including Google Calendar under your domain name.
Gsuite also gives you 1 TB of Google Drive storage which makes this in even more increadible deal.
At StunningDigitalMarketing we often use Google Docs to share documents with clients a prespective customers.
Microsoft office is the workplace standard for an office suite. At $110 cad for a year for 5 licenses you can not beat that. Office 365 comes with all the standard office products which includes Word, Excel. Powerpoint, Outlook and Onenote. It even stores your Onenote files on your Onedrive so they are accessible from other computers, phones and tablets.
OneNote has become our note taking package of choice which has replaced Evernote. Why would we pay for another package when it is already included in Office 365?
Office 365 also comes with 60 minutes of Skype calling credits a month as well as a 1TB One Drive for each install up to 5 drives. This alone makes this license an increadible deal.
Where would be be without Todist. This is our ToDo manager of choice. After playing with several packages over the years, we settled on this one a few years ago and never looked back. The package works with a fremium model. The free features are enough to get you started. Some of the advanced features include reminders, email notes and even advanced tagging. These are well worth using and makes managing your Todo list even easier.
At StunningDigitalMarketing we use the Hub Spot CRM to keep track of leads and customers. We also use it for our clients to book directly into our schedule. Hubspot is a world leader and resource in social media marketing.
The Hubspot CRM works in a fremium model concept. It will grow with you as your business grows.
Zoom is the tool that StunningDigitalMarketing uses for video conferencing. We much prefer this to any other solution including Skype. Zoom allows us to record any of our meetings which we than make avilable to our clients.
At StunningDigitalMarketing we use Quickbooks online for all our accounting and invoicing. By using the cloud based version, we can access it on our desktop, tablet and even smart phone. This gives us the flexibilty to send an invoice on the go.
9. Project Management Software
Rob Cairns our CEO is PMI certified. Most project managers use Microsoft Project. At StunningDigitalMarketing we do dislike MS project and have not found another projenct management specific tool that we really like. We actually manage all our projects using a Google Sheet. We find it easer and we can give our clients access to it easily.
