Working With Me

work with me

Many perspective clients ask what is the best way to work with me. I thought I would take the time to explain how is the best way. I normally look for projects with our partnerships. I want to work with clients that are interested in working together to make their project successful.

I need to start this off by saying I am not interested on bidding on projects for the lowest cost. This usually leads to projects which are not completed properly or ones that are not paying a realistic value for what the website or social media project is worth. I have a large amount of experience and expertise which I bring to the table. That is worth something.

The initial contact can be made on social media, by email, via the contact form on my website or by phone.

I normally agree to have a 30 minute conversation to discuss the project you want done. At that time I will not discuss specifics but generalities on what I can do for you. If you are after a free consulting call please keep in mind that will not happen. At this time I will ask for specifics on the type of project and your budget. Without knowing what you want I can not quote an exact price.

The budget is often the key here. I am not interested in working with organizations and people who do not have a proper budget. As I have previously mention, I am not interested in working for the cheapest price.

I will normally follow up the meeting with a written quote. This includes the cost of your project and what is included/not included. At this time I will also give a couple of premium options. These will have additional costs to the base cost of the project.

Once the perspective client has indicated which options he requires I will prepare an invoice for 50% of the total cost as well as a contract. I will never work on any project without 50% up front and a written contract. It saves a a lot of issues in the long run.

Once the project is completed, the remaining 50% is due on completion of the project.

If you wish to work with me, please fill in a comment at the end of this post and I will be in touch:)
