About Our CEO

Robert Cairns has over 29 years experience working in the Technology and Marketing Fields. Robert has been a Programmer, Network Support Analyst and a Project Leader working in both the Insurance and Health Care. Currently, he helps small businesses thrive in the Digital Marketing World.

Rob worked at Women’s College Hospital and helped facilitate the IT merger with Sunnybrook. While in Health Care Rob was responsible for some of the following projects:

  1. The year 2000 Pc Upgrade Project for the Women’s College Campus of Sunnybrook and Women’s College Health Sciences Centre.
  2. Women’s College Campus Flood Recover Project.
  3. Carts on Wheels project for the Operating Room at Sunnybrook and Women’s College Health Sciences Centre.
  4. Evergreen Project for PC Upgrades for the Clinical areas at the Sunnybrook and Women’s College Health Sciences Centre.
  5. Epicor Help Desk software upgrade for the Sunnybrook and Women’s College Health Sciences Centre.
  6. Working with Vendors to ensure proper service for computer equipment.
  7. Assisted in developing a proper protocol for the proper disposal of computer hard drives for the Sunnybrook and Women’s College Health Sciences Centre  that confirmed to government standards. This was done in partnership with Jim Sanderson of Dominion Business Machines and it is still in use today by DBM.
  8. Part of the on-call team at both Women’s College and Sunnybrook Hospital.
  9. Part of the Client Services User support team at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.

Currently, Robert is the CEO and Chief Creator of Amazing Ideas at StunningDigitalMarketing.com based out of Toronto, Canada. His client base comes from all types of industries both local and internationally. His clients consistent of the real estate industry, nonprofits, retail sector, consulting, government and law enforcement

Robert is a learn it all which keeps him on the leading edge of the Digital Marketing Field. He prides himself on being on the leading edge of knowledge. He keeps up to date on a daily basis reading a minimum of a book a week as well as reading many online materials and listening to many online podcasts on a regular basis.

Rob is the 2013 winner of the Power Awards Social Media Award.

In his spare time, Robert is involved in many community groups. These include the following organizations:

  1. Former Vice-Chair of Scarborough CARP.
  2. The Toronto BMX community which includes helping with events, social media and being the webmaster for Torontobmx.ca
  3. The designer of the blog for Cppom.ca. Cppom is the organization responsible for the Canadian Police and Peacekeepers Memorial in Ottawa.
  4. The Financial Services of Ontario Social Media Working Group.
  5. Educating youth on the impact of Cyberbullying.
  6. A former member of the CPLC Committee For Toronto Police 43 Division.
  7. Instrumental in the 43 Division CPLC committee Live Streaming their monthly meetings.
  8. Many initiatives which Toronto Police are involved with.
  9. Rob is a former lacrosse coach and Director of House League for the Markham Minor Lacrosse Association.
  10. The creator of the Port Union Winter Fest Website.
  11. The creator of the Volunteer Scarborough Website.
